Pine Cone Tincture – Traditional Plant Extract from Young Green Pine Cones

The Pine Cone Tincture is made from carefully selected young green pine cones (Pinus sylvestris). Young cones naturally contain a variety of valuable plant compounds and have been appreciated for generations in European folk medicine.

Gentle extraction largely preserves the characteristic plant components and intense aroma of fresh pine cones.

Available in 250 ml and 500 ml.

The tincture contains a natural complex of plant ingredients, including:

  • essential oils
  • monoterpenes
  • flavonoids
  • tannins
  • natural resin components
  • organic plant compounds
  • natural form of Vitamin C

Without artificial colors or flavors.

Traditional and Historical Use

Young pine cones have played an important role in traditional herbal medicine in Eastern Europe and the Alpine region for centuries.

Historical sources particularly mention pine cone preparations in connection with the following areas of application.

Respiratory Tract and Seasonal Stress

Traditionally, extracts from young pine cones were used during the cold season and for seasonal respiratory tract issues.

They were particularly valued in connection with:

  • throat and pharynx
  • bronchi
  • easier breathing
  • general well-being during the winter months

Heart and Vessels

In folk medicine, pine cones were also traditionally used to support the cardiovascular system.

Historical applications mention them particularly in connection with:

  • harmonious blood circulation
  • general vascular care
  • physical resilience
  • longer recovery phases

General Vitality

Pine cones were traditionally considered a valuable herbal supplement during periods of increased physical exertion.

They were often used as part of seasonal herbal cures.

These statements are based on traditional applications and historical traditions and do not constitute medical treatment claims.

Modern Scientific Background

Young pine cones contain numerous secondary plant compounds that are currently being scientifically investigated.

The focus is particularly on:

  • polyphenols
  • flavonoids
  • terpenes
  • natural resins
  • antioxidant plant compounds

These groups of substances are being investigated, among other things, in connection with oxidative stress, plant protective mechanisms, and natural adaptation processes.

Scientific research is continuously evolving. However, results for individual plant compounds cannot be directly transferred to the finished product.
