Recommended Use

For internal restlessness:
Take 2.5–5 ml diluted in a little water up to 3 times daily.

To support the sleep routine:
Take approximately 5 ml about 30 minutes before bedtime.

Shake well before use.

Notes and Restrictions

Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Do not use in conjunction with alcohol or strong sedatives.

After ingestion, reaction time and attention may be impaired. Do not drive vehicles or operate machinery immediately afterwards.
